Dutch treat: At a later date, another patent ruling in Apple v. Samsung Here we go again.

A Dutch court ruled today that Samsung really doesn't violate a patent Apple holds with a so-called pinch-to-zoom feature in mobile software. So far, neither Apple nor Samsung was competent to deal a decisive blow of their patent battles.
